Rolls of vinyl can be extremely heavy and bulky in size, when the item is delivered to your address the driver (depending on order size) may require some assistance in unloading your product.
 
Our courier use a one man delivery service, please be aware that with heavy orders the driver will possibly need assistance with the unloading.
 
The carrier insists that all deliveries are made to the front door only, as their drivers are not insured to enter your premises.
 
All deliveries require a signature, although our courier does allow requests by customers to leave products as long as permission is given, e.g Leave behind garden fence, leave in porch etc. If you require something like this then please leave it as a comment in the checkout.
 
If you are at the property when the order is delivered then always make sure that you check that the packaging is undamaged before signing.
 
If you sign for the item without checking the packaging you are stating that the goods have been delivered in an acceptable state. This means we cannot claim from the carrier on your behalf if the item is damaged.
 
Our carriers have a 99.8% success rate with deliveries being completed on a next working day basis, however we cannot be accountable for delays in delivery if they do occur, as after the order has left our depot responsibility lies solely in the hands of the shipping company.

Is it possible to collect my order from your depot?
 
Yes, your order can be collected from our Basildon depot, or our Chingford showroom, contact us for more details.
 
Can you deliver to an address which is different from my billing address?
 
Yes, simply untick the box that says 'my shipping address is the same as my billing address' at checkout, and fill in the delivery address in the apprpriate fields.
 
How long will my order take to arrive?
 
We aim to have all orders delivered within 2 working days of you placing your order, if you require a specific date for delivery then please contact us, or leave a message in the comments section at checkout.
 
I have ordered the wrong size, what can I do?
 
Contact us immediately, do not cut the product or use it in any way.
